The Councillor

Where do we start with The Councillor? An expert navigator (Stop laughing at the back!), a dedicated rally fan (Has all the stickers to prove it) and a diligent worker. The Councillor is Cobh's partner, and together they make a fierce team (of what, we don't know!). I can't think of anything else to say at the moment, but I'll think of something soon!
