Well, the last weekend is a sad one for the Red Mist gang. The new RedMistMotorsport.com mascot was stolen by a spectator in the Birr Forest Rally.

The Red Mist gang were out in force for the Birr Forestry. The Hoff, MM, Big T, Dell, Suggs, Camper, BunBun & Mol were marshalling, along with Paul from CaseyRallySport. Dell & Mol were the driving force behind the mascot, and this event was the debut for the new mascot, the constipated chicken. Unfortunately, at BunBun's location, the mascot was stolen!!
As a result, RedMistMotorsport.com is giving a reward for the safe return of the constipated chicken. All communications will be treated in the utmost confidence, with no recriminations.

Oh, by the way, Steak & probationary member Ger Fahy were out competing. Steak had a horrid day, with the car crying enough on the fourth stage. I didn't bother to ask why the car stopped, but I wouldn't understand anyway. I don't have any info on how our man, Ger Fahy got on, as I the only place I can get results is on the Irish Independent, and they have the top ten only!
By the way, the rally was won be John McCarthy, with Anthony O Conaill fourth & first group N home (he was chauffeured by Keith Cronin). Norrie Rallying's Liam Brennan was also out competing, and was the first 2WD home, after navigating for Frank Kelly.
